A selection of previous and current projects are as follows:

Moora Residential College, Moora WA

Exertech’s scope on the refurbished and rebuilt Moora Residential College Project, located ~170km North of Perth in the Town of Moora, included Cool & Freezer Rooms and a Commercial Range Hood for the new commercial grade kitchen, over eighty centrally controlled Refrigerated Air Conditioning Units (both VRF and 1:1 systems), evaporative coolers, exhaust systems and outdoor ceiling fans.

Hotel Rottnest – Rottnest Island, WA

With the added logistical complexity of commuting equipment and staff to and from the protected nature reserve of Rottnest Island (~18km offshore from Fremantle); this project involved centrally controlled, Bulkhead Refrigerated Air Conditioning Systems to the eighty (80) Luxury Apartments, as well as central exhaust systems for apartment bathrooms and further cooling for the Dining, Bar and Function Areas and ventilation through the Linen Stores, Pool Plant Room, etc.

Aston 238 Apartments, Leederville

58 modern apartments, 5 commercial tenancies and multi-level carpark (including basement) in the heart of Leederville.

This project comprised of single refrigerated ducted systems for each apartment, single and VRF multi head ducted systems for the commercial tenancies, exhaust and supply air fans for the carpark (with CO monitoring) and common areas.

Social on Henry, Fremantle

This four storey apartment building located in the heart of Fremantle presented unique challenges with its facade being heritage listed.

The project contained multi-head and VRF Air Conditioning systems along with wet area exhaust and large ground floor Car park exhaust System with VSD control and CO monitoring.

International School of Western Australia, Doubleview

A high-quality BMW (WA Government) project relocating the ISWA to a newly built School in Doubleview.

The design comprised of VRF and single refrigerated (ducted, cassette, under ceiling and wall mounted) systems, energy recovery ventilator units, exhaust and supply air fans, chemical fume cupboard and a 5m diameter HVLS “Big Ass” Fan serving the Gymnasium.

Seascape Apartments, Mandurah

High End Multi storey apartment complex consisting of Multi Head Split Systems throughout, with remote condenser units suspended from slab above to maximise use of space. The Laundry and Toilet Exhaust Fans with run on timers and speed controllers all being concealed neatly within bulkheads.

Quest Hotel, Midland

A Multi use Commercial and Domestic High-Rise Apartment/Hotel Block. This building includes VRV multi head units throughout, monitored and regulated on centralised controllers. Notable features include energy saving reed switch time-out and key card activation in the Hotel Apartments, interlocked Fresh Air for the Ducted Units and Carpark Exhaust on CO2 sensors.

Kellerberrin Hospital – BMW Project

Renovation works to existing Hospital including demolition of existing HVAC equipment. New Design and install of Kitchen Extraction Hood, interlocked outside air system, automated motorised fire dampers for smoke and fire walls as well as supply and installation of new air conditioners.

Beverley Cornerstone Community Centre

Beverley Council Community centre with Library, creche & Centrelink office serving the residents of Beverley. Multiple splits system and multi head ducted units and cassettes with interlocked Fresh air fans. Dual toilet exhaust fans on duty stand by controllers with 24/7 digital time clock function.

Solstice Apartments, Tully Rd, East Perth

High-End Luxury High Rise Apartment Block consisting of 7 levels, Basement Carpark, and Double Storey Penthouse. 2 x Daikin Bulkhead Ducted Systems per apartment throughout the building on local 24/7 Controllers. Bathroom, laundry, and toilet exhaust to each apartment including speed control and run on timers.

Super A Mart – Furniture Distribution Centre, Jandakot

Office space and Gatehouse consisting of Multi-Head VRV Units ducted throughout on a Centralised Controller with 24/7 time-clock programming. Multiple Standalone split systems installed into the Server room and Sub-board plant room. Fresh air fans interlocked with the Ducted Airconditioning into the office area. Inline toilet Exhaust with speed control and run on timers ducted through to roof of the building.

Absolute Apartments, Bennet St, East Perth

A 9-storey apartment block (with commercial tenancies on the ground floor), basement and lower basement carparks and a roof top pool/recreation area. This project Consists of fully ducted air conditioning as well as all essential exhaust and CO2 extraction systems to create an efficient and aesthetically pleasing environment throughout.
